Marcel Tijhuis

Marcel previously worked at Essent in power and natural gas sales and trading and has been working for Gasunie since 2003. He has been working for Gate terminal from the very early beginning in 2005. With Gate he negotiated the contracts with the launching customers. He is currently working on a project in the port of Rotterdam to build facilities enabling smaller LNG vessels to reload LNG in quantities between 1,000 and 30,000 m3 and sail into new gas/LNG markets within Europe.
